Here are some information for ordering instructions while you’re in need of HSS saw blade, hope they’ll do some help.
BORE SIZE
• Standard bore sizes are 32mm.
• Open boring is limited to 50mm.
• Additional charge for opening up the existing bore.
All tool numbers must have a specified bore size when ordering. OEM bores are available by particular order only.
TEETH TYPE
Standard teeth is BW, there are A, AW, B, BW, HZ, BR. You must make a special note if you need special teeth.
PLATE THICKNESS
Listed plate thickness cannot be modified. If desired plate thickness is not listed, the blade must be special ordered.
MOUNTING HOLES
• 2/8/45 + 2/9/50 + 2/11/63
• 2/8/55 + 4/12/64
• 4/15/80 + 4/14/85
SIZE AND NUMBER OF TEETH
Make a special note if you are asking for different teeth.
R.P.M.
Please give the RPM and the feed rate in feet per minute.
MATERIAL
Specify the type of material being cut.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Semi-stock saw blades: shipped in 15 working days from the date of order.
• In-stock saw blades: dispatched within 7 working days with listed bore size. Additional two working days required if bore size is not listed and different pinholes are needed.
• Special order custom saw blades: 3-4 weeks delivery.
